Returning to the Mainstream
Twenty-four newly sober alcoholics, two to a room, stay at the Retreat for an average of six months. The Retreat occupies what used to be a residential hotel, an ideal setting in downtown Old Torrance close to a 12-step meeting hall, employment and training centers, job opportunities and bus lines.
